Our movement Monday workouts are our traditional circuit style workouts. We start off with a series of 4 exercises targeting total body at a circuit pace, then in our second series, offer a send circuit which may be strength based or cardio based. Our third series focuses on helping you develop push up strength, pull up strength, and core strength. All in one hour!
6 exercises. Lots of low tempo strength training mixed with a little bit of high tempo cardio training.
Self-paced 8 exercise circuit ends when you're done.
Some boxing, some kickboxing, some Muay Thai, but LOTS of cardio and stress relief.
Could be anything! It will be tough but FUN.
Heavy barbell work and higher degree of difficulty. 3 exercises MAX.
